Mission Statement - Academy of Business and Leadership Education (ABLE)

ABLE will strive to inspire and cultivate the innate leadership and creative impulses within all children, developing educated, caring and responsible world citizens.  This vision will be pursued at multiple learning sites to provide small, flexible learning communities in safe, challenging and caring educational environments.  Innovative teaching strategies will emphasize enjoyable and relevant educational experiences in which the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and leadership will be integrated into all levels and subject areas.  Students will master basic skills at a high level of competence while acquiring knowledge and skills in problem solving and decision-making.   Our programs will be characterized by the cooperative presence and unified support of families, businesses, and educational and civic groups with whom our students will interact.  Emphasis on self-sufficiency, civic responsibility and a passion for lifelong learning will develop responsible leaders for the 21^st Century.
